Fluidity is a wellness brand focused on mobility and movement – serving customers who are often researching carefully before purchasing. The product offering already existed, as did the website, but the experience needed refinement to better support clarity, trust, and conversion.
This project was a rebuild, not a fresh launch. The objective was to improve how users understand the product, navigate the site, and move confidently toward purchase without disrupting an already established brand presence.
Our role extended beyond development. We worked closely on consultation around structure, content flow, and on-page decision logic, ensuring the website supported real customer intent rather than surface-level aesthetics.

The primary challenge was conversion clarity.
The site needed to:
The expectation was not visual reinvention, but functional improvement making the site easier to understand, easier to use, and easier to convert through.
We approached the rebuild through a CRO lens.
Before development, we reviewed the existing structure to identify gaps in product explanation, hierarchy, and flow. Recommendations were made around what content should exist, what could be simplified, and how information should be sequenced to mirror real user decision-making.
On the development side, the site was rebuilt on Shopify with a strong emphasis on frontend precision and backend stability. Complex layouts, interactive elements, and dynamic sections were carefully implemented to ensure consistency across devices.
Mobile responsiveness required particular attention, given the density of content and the importance of maintaining clarity on smaller screens. Performance, page behavior, and checkout reliability were treated as core priorities throughout the build.

The rebuilt website delivers a more confident and conversion-ready experience.
Rather than changing what the brand says, the rebuild focused on how it is understood. The result is a site that supports informed decisions, reduces friction, and quietly does its job – guiding users from interest to action.
